Nicole Kallish, Owner/Groomer of Doggy Detailers, Inc. attended The Academy of Dog Grooming Arts in Arlington Heights, IL. She completed her training in 2004 and has worked at a few local grooming shops.
Nicole attends numerous trade shows, seminars and grooming competitions each year. She is committed to continuing education in her profession. It is important for a pet stylist to keep up on product knowledge, grooming techniques and new trends, returning with new ideas for the client and their special pet.
Recently, Nicole competed in the Chicagoland Family Pet Expo grooming competition. Nicole took 1st place in the potpourri group. This group consists of mixed breed dogs and purebreds not groomed to breed standard. It was stiff competition, but Nicole pulled it off grooming Eddie, a clients cock-a poo. He was fabulous.
